Since we have been converting lofts we have not come across a loft that you cannot convert, anything is possible it just depends on the budget.
The ideal loft before the conversion should have around 2.3 meters of space between the top of your ceiling joists and the bottom of your ridge beam. If not there are ways we can get around this issue, but as a rule of thumb it’s best to have this space.
If you have a truss roof then it’s a little harder but this is still possible. If you are still unsure we can advise you if you book a visit with us.
