A family in Romford had been making do with a single integral garage that was being used for storage. With the household growing, they needed a proper living space — somewhere usable day-to-day — without the disruption and cost of a full extension.
They approached Fox Conversions looking for a straightforward, fixed-price solution that would be finished quickly, meet building regulations, and feel like a natural part of the home.
We carried out a free site survey first to assess the existing structure, floor levels, and what would be needed to bring the space up to building regulation standard. A fixed quote was provided before any work began.
